TToD activates before your opponent can use GiC.

TToD activates before your opponent can use GiC.
To clarify: Abilities that trigger when a specific condition is met (Throne of David) get priority and activate before abilities with manual triggers (Go into Captivity). Since you can use GiC anytime during battle, it has to wait for Throne since Throne must be used immediately following the block.
