Trigger Question

Michael, the Archangel bands to Strong Angel (RoJ).  Strong Angel is Christian Martyred before the evil character enters battle.  Does the ongoing trigger that wasn't negated allow the attacked player to still play and enhancement when blocked, or not because the trigger card is now out of play?

Michael, the Archangel:  Protect Michael from demons. You may search deck for a Revelation angel, or Michael may band to a warrior class Revelation angel. Cannot be negated.

Strong Angel:  Toss all Enhancements with “negated” in the special ability. If blocked, you may play a Revelation Enhancement. Cannot be interrupted.

My understanding is that TSA himself must be blocked in order for the "play" ability to trigger. (i.e. "If blocked" means "If this character is blocked" just like "If blocking" means "If this character is blocking").

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?
