You can take one enhancement out during your Prep phase, which is right after you draw.

Almost.  The prep phase is after the upkeep phase, which is after the draw phase.  Also, you can remove 1 enhancement any time during the prep phase, it doesn't have to be right after drawing (you could draw, switch artifacts, play down a hero, then remove a card)
