for either cards two questions bother me:
Since both cards have this "do this twice" part in their SA when appropriate condition is met I wonder how does this really work?
Does it mean twice at once so I can target 2 ECs at the same time when playing this cards? Or can I use the second espousal sometimes later on (which I doubt)?
And in addition: When used by Peter doing it twice is not optional is it?
