Title: Tower of Thebez vs. CBN abilities

If I have Tower of Thebez occupied with Caananites, and all my evils are caananites, is Isaiah or any other hero that says CBN negated? In a game right now, please respond quickly. Thanks!

No. Cannot be negated means it can never be negated by any type of card. So Isaiah's ability and Isaiah enhancements cannot be negated even if Tower is occupied and you have all Canaanites.
