Ah but pigs specifies it's targets which RBD doesn't. Logically it would work the same as ANB which hits what it does because its targets list is specified with exceptions. And hey, I thought All meant ALL?

I am a little confused too because of RBD thread... I will have to think about it more.

EDIT: The difference between the two is RBD say cards drawn by a special ability so it targets deck and Pigs says prevent draw abilities so it targets abilities. Since pigs cannot target set aside it shouldn't be able to prevent boat.

I think RBD works because RBD is an "Instead" ability, which targets abilities (that's how Dust and Ashes can save Job from being discarded by DD when Job is set aside).  At least, that is how Bryan explained it.  Pigs LS is not an "Instead" ability, it is a "Prevent".  Prevents also target abilities, I guess they just target abilities in play?  This sounds much less consistent after reading it again...
