then this quote kinda threw me off a bit:
Quote
The rulebook says, "The effects of the abilities (*/*) on the enhancement are always used to increase the abilities (*/*) of the character upon which the enhancement is played."

but then my head rings:
OWNER- and we know the above was probably before place enhancements except for the amazing Repentance.
This is the way Lackey gave it to me. All hail the power of Lackey!

Let me chime in and say that I do agree that plazors should be activated by the player that placed them aka OWNERS- cmon guys, take responsibility for what your cards do. :) except for maybe sent to serve- i think this one might have fought off the elders frenzy and survived!

In that case, I take responsibility for the characters I place in my territory that I own, no matter when you band to them.  Also, I'll rescue any lost soul that you own that you have placed in my LoB.

C'mon, placed enhancements have a plethora of other card examples that can be used to determine the most logical rule.
Final ANB errata: Return player to game.

"Logic" is relative. You don't rescue Enhancements and you don't play Lost Souls on characters. Different card types have different rules for a reason.

Just because control of the Hopper Lost Soul changes when I put it into your territory (does it, actually?) doesn't mean you suddenly control an enhancement I put on my own hero just because you're temporarily controlling that hero. Weapon-class enhancements are an exception since they follow the hero (so I would assume control of them follows control of the hero, but INE). It may seem logical to you that placed enhancement activation is controlled by the player that controls the hero when that enhancement is set to activate, but it's just as logical to me that placed enhancements are always controlled by the placer.

Don't forget, weapon class enhancements are placed by Game rule, not a special ability - it should be no surprise that their rules for activation are not the same as placed enhancements.
If creation sings Your praises so will I
If You gave Your life to love them so will I
