Hmmm. "In play" is what I recall was always used. Am I correct, or am I ancient history? There have been so many interpretations and rule changes made for this card over the years. I might not be the best one to make the ruling. It really is arbitrary. I read the original ability to IMPLY that a Hero is still present. Mike
