Destruction of Nehushtan - Discard an artifact in play. [The discarded] artifact's ability is negated.

This is to clarify that Destruction cannot target an artifact for negate that it did not already target for discard (the target for discard happens first, and you must choose a legal target).  An artifact protected from discard cannot be targeted for discard.  Thus, Destruction cannot target that protected artifact.

"I'm sufficiently content.  It benefits all to have consistent information."
