I feel like I posted this before, but I don't remember getting an official answer and I am terrible at locating old threads, but...

Does Golden Censer return ECs in battle, or does it not?

Ruled on here (http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/index.php?topic=23632.0).  It doesn't work as a battle winner.  Which is unfortunate.
