If another player has a redeemed soul and they band to your Garden Tomb Hero while you have The Garden Tomb in play, does your GT Hero get the ignore bonus from GT?

The Garden Tomb
Type: Fortress • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: If opponent has a redeemed Lost Soul, then Salome, Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Peter, John, and Mary the mother of James ignore all evil brigades that do not have at least two Characters in play.

In addition to this, does an opponent's own Garden Tomb heroes get the effects of your Garden Tomb and vice versa?  (It doesn't specify your heroes:  it just says these people get the bonus.)

Soul Seeker's question hit the nail on the head: GT helps ALL GT heroes, as long as the active opponent of the player with GT has at least one rescued soul.

Interesting.  I'm trying to understand how this works.

Garden Tomb isn't read from the holder's perspective but from the Hero's perspective?

Garden Tomb is read from the perspective of Garden Tomb's holder.  Let's call that player Gabe.  Let's call the other players Tim and Mike.

Gabe has Garden Tomb.
Tim has a Redeemed Soul.
Mike has NO Redeemed Souls.
Gabe's heroes ignore while attacking Tim, obviously.
If Mike attacks Tim, then neither player is Gabe's current opponent, so Mike's heroes don't ignore.
If Tim attacks Gabe, then since Gabe's opponent (Tim) has a Redeemed Soul, then Gabe's GT makes Tim's heroes ignore Gabe's EC.
If Mike attacks Gabe, then since Gabe's opponent (Mike) does NOT have a Redeemed Soul, then GT does not apply.

The only "your" on GT is in front of "opponent".  It can be ANY player's hero, but only while YOUR current opponent has a Rescued Soul.

Hey, that makes sense.  :D

It's also why John was spared the wrath of Haman's Plot.  ;D

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?
