The Redemption Wikia presents The Fifth Seal as a healing enhancement.
As such, can all cards that read "search discard pile" be considered healing enhancements, or is something amiss here?

No. Only cards that say Heal are healing cards.

So is the Wikia wrong for calling The Fifth Seal a healing enhancement, or can it still be used as one?

The Wikia is wrong. While it is a useful tool, it has not been fully vetted by Rob or the Elder team, and while it is managed by someone who is a very well-respected and talented member of the community, but is not official as far as rulings go. I'm sure Lambo or one of the other Wikia editors will fix the issue. It can be trusted most of the time for accuracy, as Lambo used the REG and other sources to create it.

The only cards that can ever be healing cards are cards that say "heal" (or in some cases, "is healed", though those cards will be getting Play As to say "heal" eventually).

Just making sure.
By the way, Lambo, the Enhancement Witnesses to Creation is not on the Silver Brigade list page. Just another small heads-up.

Despite minor errors and inconsistencies from time to time, I'm very thankful for the Redemption Wiki! I use it regularly and I know many others do too.

In case my post seemed critical, I too appreciate the Wiki and the time Lambo has taken to implement it. He should definitely be commended. And it's not as if the REG is mistake-free either...
