The Entrapping Pharisees- Unique?

I know it is unique, it says THE Entrapping Pharisees, but how and why is it unique? I think the THE in front was only put to make it unique, but clearly it is a group of Pharisees, who are all generic. The word The in front seems not needed and IMO Proud Pharisee should have been called The Proud Pharisees, as in the scripture and card both refers to a group of Pharisees, just like The Entrapping Pharisees scripture. They are both dealing with a group of Pharisees, yet one group is called The Entrapping Pharisees, and the other group is just referred to as one, Proud Pharisee, which I would think to be unique, yet it is vice versa. Can the maker of this card, probably Bryon shed some light on why this wording happened? I would still think The Entrapping Pharisees to be generic to be honest, because there could easily be more than one group of Entrapping Pharisees.

The Entrapping Pharisees were generic through much of playtesting Treasure from the Past.  Proud Pharisees also didn't have the "If you have played no Enhancements this turn" clause initially.  When testing T2 it was really brutal if a person was able to band in multiple copies of either one with a 1/3 (Apostles) Pharisee.

I wasn't directly involved in the change from generic to unique for The Entrapping Pharisees but I think it had to do with keeping T2 players from banding up to 5 copies into battle, causing their opponent to discard up to 5 cards or lose their Hero.  I know that's why the clause was added to Proud Pharisees.
