Is he considered a Prophet?

He's not on the list in the REG. At Nationals this question came up so I read the passage of scripture in which he's mentioned. The Angel Under the Oak clearly prophesied that Gideon would defeat the Midianites.

So, yes, he is a prophet.

This question was asked a while ago, and two elders stated they believed he should be, and it was ruled that way at nats so yes he's a prophet.
