I have 2 questions about sites.

1. Are site abilities active when sites are occupied, unoccupied, or both?
2. Is there a limit to the number of sites you can have in a deck?

1: As long as they aren't negated, they are always active.

2: You can have up to the number of lost souls in the deck. For most T1 decks, it would be 7.

1. Single color sites are always active, multicolor sites are only active in battle.
