Hi,
I have not played Redemption in about 9 months and am trying to get back into the game. So, I'm wondering what new rules and stuff has come out. I know a new a booster pack has come out, but thats about it. I'm pretty much in the dark about what has happened. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not too much has changed as far as rulings go, unless you're a combo player.

Disciples didn't change too much. Disciples have become really popular as a theme.

What new cards (if any) are staples? what are a couple of good combos? I'm trying to get current on everything so I can try and join a tournament sometime soon

Nationals is at Minnesota and if you came to that I'm sure that you would be able to get a ton of help from the pros.
Staples cards really depend on what kind of deck you want to play with, but Disciples and TGT ladies are really popular and Pharisees are also really popular on defense.

Common "staples" are:
Caesarea Philippi
Nazareth
Herod's Temple

Um, yeah, that's about it. And the first one is only if you're playing defense.
