are they played like healing cards meaning at anytime during the turn or can you only play them in your prep phase or discard phase?
If you do not stand for anything, you will fall to everything.

No.  Weapon enhancements can be played as normal enhancements using initiative rules in battle, or they may be placed on a warrior class hero during your Preperation or Discard phases.
The most profound thing I have learned in gaming, if you are not losing, your opponent isn't winning

Only during battle (following normal rules of initiative), prep phase or discard phase.
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

im sorta confused about territory class enhancements. are they like warrior class enhancements? i know you can play them like setaside cards but do they stay in your territory after the turn you play it or does it stick to a normal character or does it stick to a warrior class character? ???

The are not like weapon class enhancements, except in that they are different from regular enhancements. Basically, any TC enhancement can be played in battle according to rules of initiative, just like any enhancement. But they can also be played during your preparation and discard phases. The rules for that are as follows:

-You must have a character of a matching brigade, or who has the ability to play the enhancement, in your territory. For example, to play a brown TC enhancement, you have to have a brown evil character, or a character who can play brown enhancements due to an active special ability. So if the TC enhancement was NT, a gray Emperor could play it if Rome is in play.

-When the TC enhancements are played outside of battle, their special abilities are followed just like any other enhancement. If it says "place" then you place it where it says to go. If there is nothing that says otherwise, then the enhancement is discarded after it takes effect.

-TC enhancements only "stick" on a character when they are placed on a character.

The former.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
