Isaiah or Daniel in your territory...
Can you activate Live Coal on any of them to discard the chosen card in the Battle phase???
Or can you only activate territory class enhancements on your turn???

As long as the character has the same brigade as the enhancement you play the territory class enhancement during your prep phase or discard phase usually but they can be used in battle as well. Some enhancements have stipulations like Isaiah's call has to be placed on Isaiah. You can also play set aside enhancements like Pentecost, the sabbath, provisions ect during prep, battle or discard.

So territory class enhancements can be played "during battle" on a character in "your territory" that's "not" in battle?

No they must be plate by a character in the battle in battle phase

So Live Coal will discard a curse if played in a territory or battle but will only discard an enhancement if used in battle.

Sorry but no, when its played it can negate and discard a Curse or Evil Enhancement regardless of when it is played. Territory class just says that you can play it in your territory before or after battle. Other then that, it acts just like a normal Enhancement.

Correct. Territory-class enhancements allow you an additional chance to play them outside of battle, but within battle they act the same as normal enhancements and can only be played on a character in battle when that character has initiative.
