Title: Temple Artifacts

I am wondering, are Blue Tassels, Urim and Thummim and Priestly Crown Temple/Tabernacle Artifacts?

I'm asking since I don't want to waste an hour trying to find them on REG and both Tassels and Crown are too old to have Identifiers.
