If I understand I Kings 16:34 correctly, Joshua, son of Nun prophesied.  He's not currently included on the REG list of Prophets.

In Ahab's time, Hiel of Bethel rebuilt Jericho. He laid its foundations at the cost of his firstborn son Abiram, and he set up its gates at the cost of his youngest son Segub, in accordance with the word of the LORD spoken by Joshua son of Nun.

ummm.....Joshua wasn't a king? or maybe he was....     

It doesn't say he was a king, it says a prophecy the Lord made through him was fulfilled.

I & II Kings are on my list of reading material right now.  There are so many good lessons in those books, aren't there?

I did notice that Abiathar was run out by Solomon to fulfill the prophecy of the Lord about the House of Ithamar.  Like many men, both in the Bible and in our time, he didn't finish strong.  My prayer is that I don't fall into that same trap.

Sorry, Gabe, I was joking with the title of your thread.  As to your post, it sounds accurate enough, except how did you find that verse?  Surely you're not doing devotions in I Kings like me?  If you are, then have you noticed how Abiathar (great card in the game) kept siding with the wrong team and ultimately was ran out of the priesthood?

I pointed that out when I read that idk how he is a hero.

That fits the definition in the glossary for prophet. I'll add Joshua as a prophet.
