Where can I find all the rules on how to play TEAMS? We have a tournament coming up and I wanted to know for deck construction and such.

The rules are basically the same as T1, with a few exceptions:

1. There are special rules for Dominants here: http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/redemption-official-rules/new-rules-effective-may-1-2016/msg554375/#msg554375
Basically, your team can only play one copy of each dominant (with the exclusions in the link.)
2. Fortresses are shared. Your team can only have one of any particular fortress in play (or set-aside).
3. When you are attacked, your teammate can block for you.
4. When you attack, you pick the opponent you attack.

I think those are the major differences, but I there might be some things that I'm forgetting.

I don't think you pick who you're attacking. i think you just say you are rescuing, and one of your opponents blocks.

There are some that say table talk is illegal but that's only the case if the host has declared it so in advance.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I'm pretty sure table talk has always been allowed, however anything you say to your teammate must also be audible to the opponents (i.e. you can't walk around the table and whisper in your teammate's ear).

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

It can only be played once per team, and it must be played with the same player's sog to work.

Ooh. That is a problem. Any play testers, elders, or judges have any ruling on that?

It's not a problem.  You still could not include it in a deck with NJ, and only one player can play SoG on a team, so the same deck (and therefore the same team) cannot get 3 dominant rescues, just two like it is currently.  You can definitely have one teammate with SoG+NJ, and the other with SoG+SC, since SC can be used on other targets.  It will be interesting to see where players go with it.

In Teams, each Dom can only be used once total per team, so Second Coming's only function in a team deck would be as a tutor for SoG, AotL or Grapes, or to retrieve one that was discarded from deck or hand.

Not true anymore.

O_O

*EDIT* Upon further reading, it's more nuanced than your headline made it appear. It's functionally the same, just makes things like Second Coming and Glory of the Lord work as intended, but still doesn't allow shenanigans.
