Enhancements disards to the toss ability must come from hand
That is only the default condition. Special circumstances like weapons, which are played when the character enters battle, would be tossed during a toss battle. Placed enhancements, however, are not played when the character enters battle, rather they are only played when they are first placed. So they would not be tossed.
