This fancy, new card has a conditional CBN. Here are my questions:

1. Do TC characters follow the same "it's either CBN or not CBN when played and can't change after" rule that most other cards follow?
a. If so, and the top card when you initially play Foretelling Angel is a Daniel card, is he just CBN forever?
b. If not, would Foretelling Angel's CBN-ness update when your top card changes or at the beginning of each phase based on the card that's face-up at that time?

2. When you draw more than 1 card at a time while Foretelling Angel is in play (such as at the beginning of your turn) do you have to reveal each card as you draw it or does the new top card after the draw completes get flipped face up? Answered!

Follow-up question: When you draw more than 1 card at a time while Foretelling Angel is in play (such as at the beginning of your turn) do you have to reveal each card as you draw it or does the new top card after the draw completes get flipped face up?

There was a thread in recent months where someone specified that technically cards are always drawn 1 at a time (for the purposes of Lost Soul replacement, etc.) even if more than 1 is drawn via a special ability or game rule so I wasn't sure if that applied here. (you draw the first card, the next one becomes the "top card", you draw the next one, the third card becomes the new "top card", etc.)

...oh and I agree with Prof on the earlier points that this is something that is being hammered-out.  I have my reasoning for a ruling, but we'll be making sure we all agree going forward

If the conditional CBN stuff is still being hammered out that's totally fine. I can definitely wait for you guys to decide on something official.

Well I hope you can wait, otherwise there are some copies of an unprinted card lying around 

But yes, there will be resolution before anyone gets a Foretelling Angel
