Only multi evil cards. The grammar is not even ambiguous.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

It probably could have use a comma between multi-brigade and good, to be perfectly accurate, but it definitely only discards non-neutral, multi cards.

I see where I went wrong. I read it as multi brigade good "card" or evil card.  Gotta pay attention lol. ::)

A comma would actually make it less correct!

Just curious can you use every man's sword to discard a fortress? I'm assuming not since Fortress do not have brigades right?

Nope.  Fortresses do not have brigades.  Neither do Dominants in territory.  The multicolor format for these cards is to indicate alignment (good or evil), not brigades, since they don't have brigades.

So does multi Brigade mean it has to be all nine colors or can it be just two or three color Brigade?

Multi-brigade means more than one brigade.  Anything other than 0 or 1 brigade is multi-brigade.
