Weapons Sticking in Booster

Alright, so, I have heard since I started playing the game that weapons do not 'stick' in Booster.  However, at Nationals, there were differing opinions on what the current rule is, how long it was in effect, and how it should be going forward.  I see nothing in the documentation about what the actual ruling is, and I can only find this disputed thread on the issue.

Can we get an official rule and have it posted in the host information pdfs for future reference?  While I know why it would be a good idea to not have weapons stick, I don't care much about the rule, so long as we can all agree what it is :)

We all agreed at Northeast Regionals that weapons should stick. I don't think there should be any other different rules other then the one site thing.
This makes sense to me, and would be my leaning.

Pretty sure this is sealed because I won my Nats title using 5 sites.

Yeah, the thread I pulled that from was actually talking about both, and I shouldn't have quoted the whole thing.  My point is that I'd like to have fewer "special rules" for Booster, rather than more.  So I'd rather just let weapons stick like regular.
