Title: T2 Deck building rules

That's the general, with the following 2 corrections:
-A deck may contain no more than four (4) of any card. (down from 5)
-A deck may contain up to 2 of a dual-brigade card (whether that be a card with 2 good brigades, 2 evil brigades, or one of each)

I also believe there is actually a maximum size, but I don't remember offhand what it is.
