Where can I find the rules for T1 MP?

There are no rules. It's anarchy in its purest, evilest form. Don't play.
If you were to go on a trip... where would you like to go?

A wise man once told me "Friends don't let friends play T1 Multi" right before I played T1 Multi round.

I should have listened.

You guys a too funny but isn't booster draft essentially the same thing?  Is that evil too?

Booster is actually the best category. It's like MP only in setup, as it's usually 4 people. It's much better because of the crazy decks that result in the random nature of the draft. T1-MP takes T1-2P and warps it into a free-for-all that turns everyone into animals that try to outdraw and outsearch everyone else. Like booster, it usually ends with one person being singled-out as the threat and everyone else ganging up on said person, but with Dominants.

In short, Booster is the fun category, T1-MP is the serious category. Even if you lose in booster, you can still have some really fun games. That's much less likely to happen in T1-MP, where losses tend to feel more bitter and undeserved.

The important thing in any MP game is that no one draws 3 the first round. The person who goes first is the one that draws 3 first, when everyone has had their first turn. At least, I'm pretty sure that's how it is, it's changed more than once I think...

This is the main difference, yes.  On your turn you also choose who you are attacking, and just you two are fighting (putting characters into battle).

So after drafting the packs, how do rounds work? Do all the players drafting have a big multiplayer game?

You divide people up into 4 people normally at tops and then play a round-after that it depends how many people you have you try to put the people that have the best score together at a table and then the people with the "not so good" scores at a table and yeah
