Is a look ability considered a search ability?

from the reg:
A search ability allows a player to view a set of cards that are not usually visible to them. A search ability is always paired with an ability that targets a card from the set of cards that are searched.

Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: White • Ability: 1 / X • Class: • Special Ability: Look at the top X cards of deck. May add one to hand. Place the rest beneath deck. Cannot be negated. • Play As: Search the top X cards of deck for any one card. Holder may place it in hand. Place the rest beneath deck. Cannot be negated. • Identifiers: NT Female Human, X = the number of female N.T. Heroes in play. • Verse: Luke 8:3 • Availability: Thesaurus ex Preteritus booster packs ()

Would snazzy nazzy stop Susanna's ability?
Type: Site • Brigade: Green • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Protect cards in your territory and hand from shuffle by an opponent. Protect all decks from search abilities. • Identifiers: Jew • Verse: Matthew 13:57 • Availability: Disciples booster packs ()

So for everyone else reading this, A look ability is considered a search ability.

Naz does not stop those cards. At all. That ruling was recently overturned.

Why doesn't Snazzy Nazzy stop Susanna's ability if it is a search ability...?

It's a look abiltiy not a search ability. this was defined awhile back.
