Joseph's Brothers' Scheme

So the card says: "Select two human Heroes in play to fight each other.  The loser is placed in holder's Land of Bondage and is treated as a Lost Soul.

The ORCID says: Play As: Begin a side battle between 2 human Heroes in play. If a Hero is
defeated during that side battle, capture it instead.

So it completely removes the "Holder's Land of Bondage".  The original writing sounds like the owner of the character gets the loser character(s), but the play as sounds otherwise.  Is this an oversight, or unofficially an errata of some sort?

I believe it was interpreted to mean the holder of JBS, not the holder of the Hero.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

Yeah, any time a card says "holder" it is referring to the player who played the card, whereas if it said "owner" then it would be captured to the owner's territory. Since the default for capture is the player who played the card's Land of Bondage then the ability and Play-as function the same.
