My opponent rescues with The Strong Angel.  I have the CBP Lost Soul in LOB.  Am I correct in stating that the first evil enhancement I play is not affected by TSA d/t the CBP Lost Soul?  Or does TSA override the Soul's ability?

The first Enhancement you play Cannot be Prevented. It's not that it's "not affected" by TSA exactly, but that his Prevention does not see CBP cards.
