Prevent vs. Cannot be negated

Hi there,

I am still not sure about this constellation. In the case in question there has been played Isaiah + Call blocked by Abiram + Preemptive Strike.
Afterwards Razor had been played on Isaiah.

No the question is whether Razor is prevented due to Preemptive Strike or whether it is CBN due to Isaiah. Or even more what will be winning if an "Prevent ..." is active against a CBN which comes into play freshly? Doesn't prevent cares for not taking place of abilities at all?

Many thanks in advance!

Bye

8. Can I negate a card that Cannot Be Negated with a negate that Cannot Be Negated (and similar questions)?
No.
Anything that Cannot Be Prevented cannot be stopped by any effect that activated before the Cannot Be Prevented card is played.
Anything that Cannot Be Interrupted cannot be stopped by any effect that activates after the Cannot Be Interrupted card is played.
Anything that Cannot Be Negated cannot be stopped.  Period.
This does not mean that these effects can have their full effect (if there are a lack of targets, or if the targets have a Cannot Be - effect that applies), but they can still activate.  For example, if a special ability is Cannot Be Negated, you can still play a card with negate that Cannot Be Negated, but it cannot undo the first card.

Razor is CBN due to Isaiah, so it cannot be prevented either.
