Peter's SA is a SA, right?

I just want to check whether or not Peter's SA is not an abilifier.  So that means Peter has to enter battle to activate this, correct?  The REG's not working right now, so I can't post the wording.  Sorry for such a simple question, but I want to check.


Also, are there any cards to make an evil enhancement non-preventable?  Something like Abel's Sacrifice or anything for evil?  Assuming the battle doesn't meet TTotD or HoH or Gold Cow conditions.  Any thoughts?

Peter's SA is a SA so it must be activated in battle.

The Lost Soul from RoA tin XXI makes your first evil enhancement CBP provided there is not a covenant in play.,

You can also use characters like Namaan and Nergalsharezer, although that would only affect OT enhancements.
