Do Souls with triggered abilities that are played by star abilities during Pre-Game trigger immediately when played or do they wait to activate with the rest of the Souls after all star abilities are complete?

How about souls played by star abilities that are simply ongoing effects rather than triggered? Do they wait to activate with all other Souls or do they become active immediately?

Any LS played by star abilities would activate as part of the star abilities, regardless of whether they're ongoing (protect or negate, usually) or have an "if drawn/put in play" clause.
