A good way to think about it is that cards that are "cannot be negated" (such as dominants) "stick" to the table and cannot be undone in any way.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Sounds like the ruling is “negate any cards drawn by the targeted draw ability that have since been played.”

Almost correct, except it should be worded:  "negate any cards drawn by the targeted draw ability that have since been played except if said played cards are Cannot be Interrupted or Cannot be Negated."

... except if said played cards are Cannot be Interrupted or Cannot be Negated."

Thanks! This exception would be applicable to any negate ability, correct?

In other words, does an ability that is "Cannot be interrupted" be negated? (Provided it is not also CBN. I think no, because a negate has to be able to interrupt to work?)

And I'm guessing an ability that is only "Cannot be negated" can indeed be interrupted?

an ability that can not be interrupted can not be negated after it has been played, because a negate is an interrupt and then a prevent.
an ability that is can not be negated can not be interrupted or prevented, or negated before or after it is played.
