He can play Striking Herod.  However, the ruling is up in the air on whether it does anything, because Gabe ruled it worked due to the fact that one of the two spots in the new REG says that interrupt the battle interrupts last card, which is a change from the previous status quo, and there is another part of the new REG that says last enhancement.

We need clarification from the Elders on which is the correct ruling, but I haven't heard anything yet.  If they rule it is "card", then yes, Striking Herod works because it also interrupts the discard on Uzzah.  If they rule it is "enhancement", then no, it does not work because it only interrupts the protection (and not the discard, so he is not in play to strike down).

Does Glory of the Lord protect the Covenants in Book of the Covenant while that is in The Tabernacle?

I don't believe this got resolved, as we need a definition of contents.

Thanks! Also, Would King David's Throne work on this? After Uzzah blocks could I still play a purple enhancement?

Yes, Throne of David would allow you to play an enhancement since Uzzah did block.

What would happen than if I played Counsel of Abigail? Would Uzzah's ability still activate, or would it not be used?

And 2.
Rain becomes dust: All cards that an opponent reveals because of a special ability used by that opponent are revealed instead. Place all revealed lost souls in opponents territory, discard the rest.

Jerusalem Tower: No opponent may remove a card from holder's draw pile, pile may still be searched and/or shuffled.

No, because RbD only protects cards in deck. They are drawn, but instantly discarded.

Same as before.  If ITB the battle interrupt the card, then it works as well.  Otherwise, Uzzah is not in play to underdeck.

Not quite.  The answer is "partially".  The cards are revealed instead of being drawn, but they cannot be discarded, and LS cannot be put in play, because Tower protects from them being removed.  So they go back on deck.

With the Michal's Sword ruling along with Uzzah, Could I then play an enhancement either with The Throne of David, or Michal's sword, What would happen if Astrologers blocked My king or Michal, and she had Magic Charms on, and discarded it to capture my heroes, could I than play Striking Herod or Counsel of Abigail, or is this again one that needs elder confirmation?

If they discard Magic Charms from a magician in battle, the artifact is considered in battle so any ItB would be able to interrupt your removal.

This is correct, and there is no interpretation of the rules necessary (it will always be correct).

Note, however, that Magic Charms just has to be used "during" battle, not "in" battle, so if they discard it from territory, ITB will not work (because it is not in battle to interrupt).

Also, as soon as your opponent blocks with a Charms'd EC then you would get to use your Sword/Throne to play an enhancement before your opponent has a chance to use Charms. So your opponent was being silly for blocking with an EC with Charms on instead of just capturing to begin with. However, just for clarification, Charms cannot capture Michael.
