How many of the same site with special abilities can you have in a 112 card Type 2 deck can you have?

Sites with special abilities follow the same deck building rules that Lost Souls with SAs do.  (Just to explain how Gabe came up with 2.)

I was just counting to the number of Lost Souls you typically rescue from me during a T2 game... then adding 2. ;D
