Am I allowed to have 5 different sites with SAs in my 133 card Type I deck?

You can have as many sites as you have lost souls, but only one of each site with a special ability per 50 cards.

i.e. I can have both Hormah and Babylonian Banquet Hall in my 56 card deck, but if I want to have 2x BBH's, I need to have at least 100 cards.
