Just wanting to make sure of a couple things:

1. Is the new rule that sites are active when unoccupied been made official?
2. Does Nazareth stop WatW, Mayhem, Susanna, etc?
3. Can you do anything to sites when Caesarea Philippi is in your opponent's territory?

Caesarea Philippi (Di)
Type: Site • Brigade: Red • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Protect N.T. human Evil Characters in your territory from capture and discard abilities on opponents' cards. Protect N.T. Sites in your territory from opponents' cards. • Identifiers: Jew • Verse: Matthew 16:13 • Availability: Disciples booster packs

Nazareth (Di)
Type: Site • Brigade: Green • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Protect cards in your territory and hand from shuffle by an opponent. Protect all decks from search abilities. • Identifiers: Jew • Verse: Matthew 13:57 • Availability: Disciples booster packs

3) You can still negate the site's special ability.

Discard up to X human Evil Characters. • Identifiers: OT, Depicts a Weapon • Verse: Joshua 6:20-21 • Availability: Disciples booster packs ()

Benedictus plus others like Land Dispute and Habbakka stands Watch ect. to get rid of those pesky protect sites should do the trick. especially with High Places and Threatened Lives or Danites Attack

So I've heard all about this ruling to make sites work while not occupied.  Can anyone give me the link to the original decision.  Thanks!

Multi-color sites are only active in battle.
Single color sites are CURRENTLY only active in territory.  After nationals, single color sites are active always.

Can you add sites to battle at any time, even if you are blocking? I don't remember what the result of that thread was.

At any time, while you are attacking.

At any time, while you are attacking.

So you cannot add a site to battle while blocking, and you cannot add a site to battle in a multiplayer game when you are not involved in the battle.

At any time, while you are attacking.

So you cannot add a site to battle while blocking, and you cannot add a site to battle in a multiplayer game when you are not involved in the battle.
That is my understanding.
