So I've always played it/seen it played that Unoccupied sites are in your land of bondage, but looking over the Player's card arrangement made me think otherwise (see the "Site Pile" being on the other side of the territory from the LoB)...
So I looked through the rulebook that is in the REG, and found these to quotes...
You may place any number of sites into your territory.
You may move your site to your Land of Bondage and place a Lost Soul into the site.
The first quote is rather innocuous as "you territory" can mean a lot of things. But the second one makes me think that Unoccupied sites aren't in your Land of Bondage at all. I find this odd, though, as I've always had/seen it play that cards like Death of Unrighteous shuffled unoccupied sites as well occupied ones, so I figured I'd ask for a ruling one way or the other because it's very likely that I've either 1) been playing it wrongly or that 2) I'm just misreading/missing something.
So basically, the question is this...
Are Unoccupied sites considered to be in you Land of Bondage for cards such as Death of Unrighteous?
