Opponent makes a ra with simeon di banded to people john with ends of the earth out. I block with false teachers  and play deceit of sapphira. He lets it go through. Does he still have access?

Yes. Ends of the Earths ability lasts for the entire battle, even if it is discarded.

Yes, and Ends of the earth was in battle, its SA activated and it was not negated.  Simeon still has access until the end of battle.  Unless you find away to eliminate Simeon or you negate the SA of Ends of the Earth, Simeon rescues a LS
