Does "End the Battle" Interrupt?

If my Enhancement ends the battle immediately, would that interrupt any abilities trying to resolve at that time by ending the battle before they resolve, seeing as the abilities in battle only resolve in battle and cannot resolve if the battle has already ended?

It depends on what abilities you are referring to. If you are referring to abilities that happen "at the end of battle" or "after battle" then end the battle cards will allow those to happen, as an end the battle ability immediately moves the battle to its end, when those abilities would normally trigger. However, abilities that are pending due to already having been interrupted never have a cahnce to reactivate if an end the battle card is played.

I hope that helped, if you have any more questions on specific situations, feel free to ask them.

Well, yeah, it makes sense to me that abilities that activate at the end of battle would then activate, seeing as the battle is now ending.
What I'm really talking about is any other kind of special ability activating DURING battle. Seeing as the end the battle ability has ENDED the battle, do those abilities that activate DURING battle no longer happen?

I guess I'm not sure what you are saying then. Can you provide an example?

Ok, let's say I'm making a rescue attempt with Asaph, a 6/6 White Musician. My opponent blocks with Wandering Spirit, a 3/4 Orange Demon. Wandering Spirit is losing, so my opponent plays Lying Unto God, a 2/3 Multicolor Enhancement that allows him to discard an active Artifact. However, I decide to play Battle Neutralized, a White Enhancement that ends the battle immediately as a stalemate. As the special ability of Lying Unto God technically activates in battle, and since Battle Neutralized ends the battle immediately, is my opponent still allowed to discard my active Artifact?

You cannot play an enhancement until Lying Unto God completes anyway. You would then have to interrupt or negate it, which Battle Neutralized does not do.

FYI, most of the other "End the Battle" cards have a separate "interrupt" ability paired with it on the card. Battle Neutralized was one of the early (and may be the only GE) ones, so it did not have the interrupt attached.
