Significant rule changes

Was it ever decided if Warriors Spear on Spy works? 
Was it decided what the definition of played is?

Are there any other significant decisions I might be missing from the last couple months?  not the debate, just the results please.

Warrior's spear and Spy works. Other changes: 16 card hand limit, only one side battle per turn, the asahel/passover & unleavened bread combo no longer works and highway has been errated. I'm sure there are more, but thats all I rememember off the top of my head.

I don't believe so. If it was officially determined, I have not seen it.

Are you referring to played as in the case of playing cards like Adonis spear on adino before battle?

I think the question was based on what cards are stopped by Darius's Decree.

Yes, and what counts for things like Stronghold in the Desert?

What about heros being immune to other heros?  I know there was a question a while back about being immune to gold then banding in a judge and using Samson's Sacrifice.  How did that end?
