Siege (Ki)

Pretty sure it works how you can choose the order in which evil characters/heroes enter but I just wanted to double-check if heroes had to enter first or evil characters or if you could choose who enters when. My argument would be that it says "and" which should mean that they happen simultaneously making it your choice which abilities activate when.

I believe that each player gets to choose their own order instead of the owner of Siege choosing the order for both players.
Also, by order of wording, I would imagine that the evil player would get to perform all of his abilities first before the heroes come into battle.

It's true that you choose who goes first, just like with the Second Seal, I choose which of my Heroes enter battle first. And all EC's enter Battle after my Heroes. With Seige that would just be inverted, the EC's would come in first, and you choose who goes when, then Opponents Heroes come in, and they choose that order.

I'm pretty sure that all characters enter battle with Siege at the exact same time, and the person that played Siege determines the order that their special abilities activate.
I know I've asked this question before when I was trying to work out a combo with Goliath and Herod Agrippa II to capture all my opponent's heroes. It works for the reason above - all characters targeted by Siege (their heroes, my ECs) are "in battle" immediately. I just determine what order the special abilities activate in. So I make Herod Agrippa II activate first and Goliath activate next.

Not a fan of this ruling and it needs sorely to be changed, but currently all the characters enter at the same time and the holder of Siege chooses the order all the SA's activate in. Any character that's no longer in battle by the time his turn comes up doesn't get to use his SA.

That doesn't make any sense. Did they enter battle, yes. Were they negated, no. If Warrior's spear can trigger why not the heroes?

So, from the majority am I to understand that they all enter battle and then I get to choose when their abilities activate? And would I have to choose all the heroes and then all the evil characters or the other way around or can I straddle them however I want?
