Title: Sides battles + headaches. *IN game Need help very much)

I play christian suing another to have his King saul(10/10) fight my king lem(8/11).

Since it is a stalemate do they both lose(and get discarded)

Special Ability: Holder interrupts the battle and chooses a Hero in play to fight the rescuing Hero. The loser is discarded

This (http://redemptionreg.com/REG/losingthebattle.htm) might answer your question. In the case of a stalemate, I don't think either of the characters are considered losing. The defenition of stalemate (http://redemptionreg.com/REG/stalemate1.htm) doesn't imply this either.

Hey,

It's my understanding that the "the loser is discarded" is just a clarification that normal battle resolution destinations apply.  So in a stalemate neither of them would be discarded.
