Yes it is legal. Any T2 deck that meets the following criteria is legal:
--100+ cards in deck (you have 105)
--Correct amount of Lost Souls (14 is how many you need for 105)
--No more than 5 of any one card (you don't have more than 2 of any one card)
--No more than 3 of any Fortress, Artifact, Covenant, Curse, Lost Soul with an SA, or Site with SA (again you're fine)
--No more than 1 of any dominant or multi-colored character or enhancement.
--Equal number of Good and Evil cards (you have 38 of each).
