Q1:If I SoT my opponents King Manny with a Magic Charms, can I use the magic charms?

Q2: Can I discard 2 of my opponents human evil characters to make them withdraw their hero using my opponents king Manny?
Or would they be mine?
Or would I even be able to do it at all?

Q3: If I play horses on my opponents Manny, does it stick?

Q4: If my opponent bands my Elymas using Manny, can he use Elymas' ability? If so who would discard the demon? If so whose evil characters would be protected?

Q5: Can I SWS my opponents Manny and then instantly discard him because I have one in my territory?

Protect your Magicians from capture and conversion. You may discard this card from your Magician during battle to capture up to two human Heroes.

It has to be your magician.

Why?
"Your" implies possession and control,
you currently only have control
An unanswered question is infinitely better than an unquestioned answer.

No, again, your means possession and control. You don't have either.

Q3: If I play horses on my opponents Manny, does it stick?I don't believe so. Warrior Class enhancements only stick on characters you own.

Q4: If my opponent bands my Elymas using Manny, can he use Elymas' ability? If so who would discard the demon? If so whose evil characters would be protected?
I don't know what Elymas does...

Q5: Can I SWS my opponents Manny and then instantly discard him because I have one in my territory? No, their Manny can't enter your side of the battle if you are already in control of one.

I thought that you got to choose if it stuck. I also thought that if you band to/use your opponent evil character who already has a weapon that you could choose to discard it at the end of battle if you wanted to.

That could be. I don't usually play with W/C enhancements...

Special abilities are read from the perspective of the player activating/using the ability. Elymas would discard a demon from the player that controls him when his ability activates. King Manny discards his controller's human evil characters (assuming that person also owns them). You cannot discard Manny for his own ability if it's an opponent's Manny as he is not "yours" since you don't own him.

That answers #s 2 and 4.

I'm not sure about the weapon question.

1. No. You must discard MC from YOUR Magician. Your = own + control, so a magician that your opponent owns can never be your magician. Also, even if you control your opponent's magician with MC, you don't control the MC, so it only benefits your opponents' magicians with the protection.

2. No. You have to discard two characters that you own and control (your evil characters). Abilities are always read from your persepective when you control them, so you can use Manasseh's ability on your EC's, but any EC's that your opponent owns and/or controls are ineligible.

3. Only if you want it to. At the end of a battle where you play a WC enhancement, you can choose which if any WC enhancements you want to keep.

4. He can use Elymas' ability to discard his demon and protect all the EC's he owns and controls, but that doesn't include Elymas or any of your EC's.

5. No. You cannot bring a unique character onto your side of the battle if you already control another copy.

To clarify 5, you can't bring a unique character you already control into battle with a banding ability. You can still actually use another type of ability (such as exchange) to bring a duplicate unique character into battle, but you must then Discard one immediately.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
