Yes. There is a long chain that will eventually steal your opponent's whole offense, but it's very difficult to do.
All you do is have a defense completely based around capture which can be really big, Judah and stuff to heal him, Raiders' Camp, and stuff to search for Raiders' Camp. It's bulletproof until they discard Raiders' Camp for some reason but then what you do is put in TGT and Fishing Boat to make then target those instead.
Obadiah's Caves being overpowered is a laughable notion at best.
It doesn't work with them, though, so there's no reason to pretend it does. That would be a completely different card.
Zerubbabel's Temple protects from more than just capture, AND can hold an artifact, so I'd consider that farther up the power level tree than Oby's Caves.

There goes writ, charms, Enslaved by Egypt.imo Prophets are pretty bad, so if it were something people play more it might be thought to be really OP.
