Sorry for not posting abilities, but if I band Wandering Spirit to Seven Wicked Spirits and exchange for Lot's Wife, who bands to Spirit of Temptation, to Gomer, to KoT, is SWS then negated, and if so, what happens? I assume Spirit of Temptation returns to territory, but does SWS come back and replace Lot's Wife?

I think you would be left with...

Wandering Spirit - Seven Wicked Spirits - Gomer - King of Tyrus.

SWS would swap back in for Lots Wife, who would have been negated thus not bringing in Spirit of Temptation.

However, Wandering Spirits band is CBN, so SWS stays, Spirit of Temptation is CBI, so Gomer stays, and Gomer is CBN, so KoT stays.

+1. There is one caveat, however: KoT negates only special abilities on Characters and Enhancements in play. So if you exchange for a set-aside Lot's Wife with SWS, the exchange cannot be negated, in which case you are left with Wandering Spirit + Lot's Wife + Gomer + King of Tyrus.

It's the same philosphy as using Seven Sons of Sceva to exchange for a KoT in discard pile. Since SSoS is not in play at the time of KoT's ability activating, KoT doesn't negate the Three Nails discard or exchange.
