Several Questions

What happens when my opponent bands to my Philistine Armor Bearer and exchanges him with a Philly in my deck or discard? Does he go into my deck or discard or does my opponent steal him?

Can you have both King Amons in a deck? They have different brigades, and one's picture is enlarged.

Can Herod's Treachery be played in battle (on a non-Herod) and be discarded immediately to withdraw heroes? (Multi-color EE: Place on a Herod. That Herod may use evil enhancements regardless of brigade. You may discard this card to force X heroes to withdraw from battle. X= number of good brigades opponent has in play.)

Philistine Armor Bearer goes to your deck.  I think you should be able to do that with herod's Treachery.

Philistine Armor Bearer says it exchanges to "your" deck or discard, referring to the holder of the card.  If your opponent bands to him, they would exchange with one from their deck or discard, not from yours.

Further, an exchange of this type would result in the searched-out Philistine being under your permanent control after battle, in keeping with the AutO ruling.  And based on the latest status quo regarding exchange to hand, deck, or discard for AutO, Philistine Armor Bearer would end up in their owner's deck or discard after the ability completes.

Putting all of that together, you get this:  If a player bands to their opponent's PAB and exchanges to deck or discard, PAB goes to owner's deck or discard.  After battle, the exchanged-for Philistine goes to the opponent who originally controlled PAB, as the band+exchange combo gives them control over the card exchanged into battle.

Can you have both King Amons in a deck? They have different brigades, and one's picture is enlarged.

Disciples version and the Kings version should both be considered as having the same card art, even if the "zoom" is different.  It is still the same image, so same card art + same card name = same character.  You may not have both in a T1 deck less than 100 cards, unless it is ruled to be different card art by the Elders.

If there is a Herod in play, you would have to place it on that Herod.  However, you would still control the enhancement regardless, so it does not matter where it ends up (on a Herod or in battle), the discard-to-withdraw is a separate ability that is not tied to a Herod, so you could indeed do so.
