Played it as an evil card, does the blue brigade still count for the punisher lost soul?In game and stuff.

An evil card cannot have good brigades.So if we accept that DAE cannot be both good and evil once played, it follows (through the rules) that they are no longer the brigade of the opposing alignment.HOWEVER.
